Abiha Haider - Portrait
Abiha Haider moved to Brooklyn, NY in 2016 from Pakistan and recently joined Lower East Side Prep.
During the residency with Magic Box Productions, she worked with a partner to take this self-portrait at St. John's Cathedral on the Upper West Side in Manhattan on March 17, 2016.
"This is a portrait. While taking this photograph I used a vertical composition with a straight-on perspective. I find it interesting because of its shadow and the window light" says Abiha.
We are really proud of the talent and potential that Abiha and other students at LESP have displayed and can't wait to see how they use their media arts knowledge in the future!
